Lt. Col. Joseph Birchmeier, commander 4-1 Brigade Special Troops Battalion, briefs Maj. Gen. Joseph F. Fil, Jr., Multi-National Division-Baghdad and 1st Cavalry Division commander on essential services projects in the Rashid District of Baghdad, June 4 at Forward Operating Base Falcon. Birchmeier's battalion is responsible for coordinating all essential services projects in the district. During the meeting, Fil was also briefed by Mr. Timothy Zuniga-Brown, who leads the embedded provincial reconstruction team attached to the 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division.
