(August 13, 2018) Michael Flynn, a contracting officer’s representative at the Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT), has worked as a government employee now for nine years. Prior to this, he proudly and honorably served in the U.S. Marine Corps for over 27 years, retiring as a master gunnery sergeant. Flynn is a 1979 Towson State University graduate and Silver Spring, Maryland native now working for CIWT, which is responsible for teaching future information warriors the skills required to defend America around the world.
