Sculptor Richard Becker, a Poway artist, unveils a 15-foot tall, seven-ton statue entitled “The Liberation Moment” during a dedication ceremony at Miramar National Cemetery, Sept. 16. The dedication ceremony was held in honor of National Prisoner of War/ Missing In Action Recognition Day and honored both active and former service members.
