“I work with commanders and first sergeants, directly helping with the mission. As chief of adverse actions, I deal with Article 15s and things of that nature. Ultimately, the goal is once the article 15 is issued the Airman changes their behavior to become a better person and a better Airman. It’s nice to be involved with making someone better. I know that I am helping people and that this was the right career for me. I am much happier knowing that I helped someone at the end of the day,” said Capt. Lauren Westover, 100th Air Refueling Wing Judge Advocate chief of adverse actions.
