Payton cut the celebratory ribbon to signify the relocation and opening of the USFK Headquarters building at U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys, South Korea, June 29, 2018. The commands were located at U.S. Army Garrison Yongsan, Seoul for 73 years before moving to Camp Humphreys as the new location as the USFK and UNC Headquarters.
