GARMSIR DISTRICT, Helmand province, Afghanistan - Sgt. LaJuanna Baker, Female Engagement Team leader, and Cpl. Andrea Moreira-Rios, assistant team leader, pose for a photo during one of their many health initiatives with 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, July 30.
