Chris Encelan of Sacramento, California, a data systems administrator with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), rides his motorcycle on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, June 5, 2018. Encelan is the vice president of the motorcycle club, where one of his duties is to Marines from his unit sign up for motorcycle riding and safety classes.
