Maj. Jvaris Jackson, commander of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 75th Innovation Command, prepares for a body composition screening using the InBody 770 Body Composition Analyzer. The InBody 770 is a research-grade body composition analyzer that can analyze body composition and body water in a single test. Employees of Restorative Health and Wellness Center in Webster, Texas, volunteered their time today to educate 75IC Soldiers and Civilians on general wellness, nutrition and exercise. They also gave each member of the audience an opportunity to use the machine, to establish a baseline knowledge of their own level of health.
