Coast Guard Musician 1st Class Tyler Wilkins, from Erlanger, Kentucky, plays the contrabassoon with the United States Coast Guard band, at the University of Delaware, Newark, Delaware, May 30, 2018. The band, a 55-member ensemble, performed works by Leonard Bernstein, John Philip Sousa, Richard Wagner and others, as it kicked off a 12-day tour in the Coast Guard Mid-Atlantic region aimed at fostering goodwill and strengthening relations between the Coast Guard and the American public.
