A remotely operated vehicle (ROV) is prepared to be placed in the Straits of Mackinac, April 21, 2018. The ROV will obtain underwater, visual imagery of the damaged utility cables that run under the Straits of Mackinac and will provide the Unified Command with the information needed to determine how best to deal with the damaged cables.
