Major General A.C. Roper, Commanding General of the 76th Operational Response Command (ORC), addresses Soldiers from the 76th ORC, 412th Theater Engineer Command (TEC), 416th TEC and 99th Readiness Division at Devens Reserve Forces Training Area on April 19, 2018. The Soldiers were competitors for their commands in the 2018 Major Command-level Best Warrior Competition between April 16-19. Three days of grueling competition were completed with the awards ceremony where Roper praised their efforts and recognized the winners from each command who will represent their units in the 2018 U.S. Army Reserve Best Warrior Competition scheduled for the summer of 2018.
