CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti - Service members and base personnel attended the 76th anniversary Seabee Ball celebration held at 11D, March 16, 2018. United States Naval Construction Battalions, better known as the Seabees, form the Naval Construction Force (NCF) of the United States Navy. Their nickname is a heterograph of the first initials "C.B." from the words Construction Battalion. Seabees combine amazing efficiency, teamwork and reliability with an ability to build almost anything permanent or portable.
