Special Mission Wing's Green Platoon demonstrated their first aid skills during a casualty evaluation and evacuation exercise conducted in Kabul, Afghanistan, Mar. 24, 2018. Green Platoon is an eight-week aircrew training course for new team members, emphasizing basic pilot and cockpit management skills, honing critical skills to include flight operation in mountain and desert environments, personnel recovery, and advanced medical competence.
