Command Sgt. Maj. Ralph Delosa, command sergeant major for 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, presents a Warhorse coin to Sgt. Vincent Davis, a cavalry scout with Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 3rd Squadron, 71st Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, at the Warrior Transition Unit, June 29. Delosa traveled to the WTU to thank soldiers for their service, who have been injured in the line of duty.
