CHARLOTTE, NC - Col. Jerry Carter and Sgt Maj. Robin Fortner answer interview questions during the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Basketball Tournament in Charlotte, North Carolina, on March 3. During the tournament, the CIAA took time to recognize the contributions and successes of 100 years of women in the Marine Corps with a presentation during the Men’s finals.
