CAMP VICTORY, Iraq - The American flag flies over the Al Faw palace here on April 8 in honor of Spc. Michael Arciola, who was killed by enemy fire in Al Ramadi in February 2005. U.S. Army Maj. Robert McWilliams, now the Iraq Assistance Group Operations Officer, served as the casualty assistance officer for Arciola's family and had this flag, made in Arciola's hometown of Elmsford, N.Y., flown in Iraq and sent back to Elmsford.
