Overseeing Operations in Frenchman's Cove, St. Thomas

Coast Guard members oversee the operations of Resolve Marine Group, a contracted response company, as they lift a vessel displaced by recent hurricanes from the shoreline of Frenchman’s Cove, St. Thomas, USVI, as part of the Emergency Support Function 10 response, Feb. 02, 2018.

The Coast Guard is here in support of the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources to mitigate pollution and remove vessels displaced by Hurricanes Irma and Maria as part of Emergency Support Function 10 operations.
