Santa Rosa, Calif. -- A former Coffey Park resident decorates his former neighborhood, devastated by the October wildfires, with Christmas trees and lights in hopes of bringing some holiday cheer to those who lost everything. More than 8,400 hundred structures were destroyed and 42 deaths were attributed to the fires which burned more than 196,000 acres in six California counties before being contained. USACE, under the direction of FEMA and the California Office of Emergency Services, is tasked with removing fire debris from more than 5,300 properties in four counties.
