Senior Airman Cyril McKenney, 451st Expeditionary Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron Detachment 1 Contingency Aeromedical Staging Facility, aerospace medical technician, directs CASF members as to which order to load wounded Marines onto a C-130 Hercules at Camp Bastion, Afghanistan. The CASF team is responsible for taking care of and transporting patients from the staging facility and role hospital to aircraft who are then transported to the next level of medical care. Airman McKenney is deployed from the 633rd Medical Operations Squadron, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va.
