Cpl. Nelfi Tineoferreiras, the noncommissioned officer-in-charge of the Receiving Section, Combat Logistics Regiment 35, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, sorts supplies inside of the Receiving Section's warehouse Jan. 11, 2018, on Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan. Tineoferreiras was honored by the Marine Corps Association and Foundation Jan. 12, 2018, as its Marine of the Year 2017. According to her senior non-commissioned officer leadership, she has proven herself a competent Marine since her arrival to the unit, displaying a high level of maturity, initiative, and a devotion to the Marine Corps' core values.
