Ensign Bilal Agha, boarding officer of the visit, board, search, and seizure team from the guided-missile destroyer USS Hopper (DDG 70), hands out water bottles to fishermen aboard the Pakistani fishing vessel Al Sohail. Hopper provided food, water, medical and engineering assistance, responding to Al SohailÕs distress signals after the vessel lost all power and communications.
