Staff Sgt. Donald A. Bartlett, Camp Schwab mess hall manager, 4th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force, performs a line inspection before opening the mess hall May 5. Before every meal a line inspection is performed to ensure the food is prepared correctly and ready to serve. Bartlett has been recognized as the Marine Corps’ 2011 staff non-commissioned officer food service specialist of the year.
