1st Sgt. Marvin McCall with the Florida National Guard Counterdrug Drug Demand Reduction team talked with students at Marathon Middle School, Marathon Key, May 3. The Florida National Guard Counterdrug DDR Program supported the Monroe County Safe Schools youth education initiative by teaching the DDR ‘Youth L.D.R.S.H.I.P’ program during the third annual Keys Blitz, May 2-6. The purpose of the program is to encourage young people to pursue leadership positions by instilling essential leadership values within them.
