Seabees from Naval Mobile Construciton Battalion 3, Det. 4, deployed here to Bagram display a framed original booklet of the "Song of the Seabees." The book was a gift to the seabees from Bill Underwood, a retired Marine currently living in Sayreville, N.J. NMCB 3 is an expeditionary element of U.S. Naval Forces providing construction, engineering and security services in support of national stratety, naval power projection, humanitarian assistance and contingency operations.
