Navy Hospitalman Isreal Cespedes, a corpsman with Bravo Company, 3rd Medical Battalion, inserts an IV into Air Force Maj. Jered Beaird, flight nurse with 18th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, during in-flight medical training at the Joint Enroute Care Course Dec. 13, 2017, at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma in Okinawa, Japan. Navy, Air Force and Army medical personnel participated in hands-on training to improve their readiness during air transport to medical facilities.
