A military cemetery is shown with rows of white marble headstones, each adorned with a green wreath and red bow, consistent with the Wreaths Across America program. Visitors, including families and individuals, are walking among the graves and paying their respects. The scene appears to take place during the late autumn or early winter holiday season, set against a backdrop of tree-covered hills.

More than 3,000 volunteers honor veterans by laying wreaths at the Central Texas Veterans Cemetery Saturday. “It is very touching to see the amount of support we get from the community,” said Hilary Shine. Ten years ago, Shine started the wreath laying with only six wreaths and has now grown to over 6,000 wreaths and the assistance of thousands of volunteers.
