Ground water and storm water runoff collected at the Horsham Air Guard Station, Horsham, Pa. retention basin has been receiving scrubbing from a simple, yet seeming effective, set of pipes, weir, pumps and a granulated activated charcoal filter before flowing out to area waterways. Temporarily install in October 2017, testing to verify it's effectiveness will continue before moving to a more permanent apparatus.
