SAN DIEGO (Nov. 04, 2017) Navy Diver 1st Class Joshua Tomolak, attached to Undersea Rescue Command (URC), climbs up the pier after performing an exercise underwater simulating a submarine rescue operation. URC is the Navy’s primary Submarine rescue-capable command that is always on standby incase of a submarine emergency.
