Petty Officer 1st Class Sonya Davis, a yeoman from Chicago and attached to Commander Task Force 72, participates in the three-legged race with a Japanese child during a cultural-exchange event here at Sollars Elementary School. Naval Air Facility Misawa's First Class Petty Officer Association hosted the event which invited 5th grade students from the local community to participate in a day of fun and interaction with U.S. children of the same age group.
