OKINAWA, Japan (Oct 26, 2017) Commanding Officer, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 Cmdr. James Cho addressed the battalion with words of encouragement in the first Awards quarters on Okinawa. NMCB 4 is forward deployed to the 7th Fleet Area of Operation in support of major combat operations, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief while providing general engineering and civil construction support to U.S. and joint operational forces.
