171023-N-IK388-001 NORFOLK, Va. (Oct. 23, 2017) - The homepage of the Navy's new Afloat Environmental Compliance website located at https://eims3.sscno.nmci.navy.mil/afloat/. U.S. Fleet Forces Installations and Environment department developed the website to help Sailors locate, review, and adhere to the Navy's environmental policies and improve access to environmental compliance resources. Although direct access to the toolbox is available through the internet, a Common Access Card (CAC) is still required for login.
