U.S. Navy SW3 Jared Campos uses a crowbar to detach wood from concrete at Esperanza Elementary School in support of KAMANDAG in Casiguran, Aurora, Philippines, Sept. 27, 2017. Bilateral exercises such as KAMANDAG increase the ability of the United States and the Philippines to rapidly respond and work together during real world terrorist or humanitarian crises, in order to accomplish the mission, support the local population and help mitigate human suffering. Campos is a steel worker with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3, and is a native of Rockland, California. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Sgt. Matthew J. Bragg)
