Rangel Jr., the 4th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade commander about damages sustained within the 193rd BSB motorpool during the New Years Eve tornado. The 4th MEB Headquarters and Headquarters Company along with the 193rd BSB command the Task Force Operations for the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and high yield Explosives Consequence Management Response Force whose mission is to respond in the event of a large-scale domestic disaster that requires federal assistance.
