Capt. Phil Goebel, a pilot with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 115, explains the function of the 1,000-pound bombs to other pilots on the flightline March 14. Pilots from both VMFA-115 and Marine All-Weather Fighter Attack Squadron 224 were present at the exercise to share their knowledge and experience with each weapon system.
