Dave Branch (center left), commander of the 780th Military Intelligence (MI) Brigade, and Command Sgt. Maj. Sheldon Chandler (center right), the brigade’s senior enlisted leader, with a plaque that represents the patch the Task Force Echo Soldiers will wear when they leave the 780th MI Brigade and become the nucleus of the 91st Cyber Brigade, Army National Guard. The plaque was presented to the brigade’s command team at a patching ceremony where the cyber Soldiers of TFE changed out their patches from their individual states to the patch of the 780th MI Brigade at the Meade Post Theater, May 25.
