Spc. David Richard Fahey Jr., a 23-year-old native of Norwalk, Conn., was killed Jan. 28, in Kandahar City, when his vehicle struck an improvised explosive device during a mounted combat patrol. Fahey was assigned to 170th Military Police Company, 504th Military Police Battalion, 42nd Military Police Brigade, currently attached to 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division.
