Raleigh, North Carolina - Nathan Jones looks up at Maj. Gen. William E. Ingram Jr., the North Carolina Adjutant General at the time, at the North Carolina National Guard’s Joint Force Headquarters in Raleigh, N.C. during a visit as part of a school project when he was in the 4th grade.
