SAN DIEGO (Aug. 10, 2017) Aviation Machinist Mate Second Class Jason Sheneman, from Wauseon, Ohio, performs maintenance removing bolts from the tail drive shaft on a MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the Black Knights of Helicopter Sea Squadron (HSC) 4 in the hangar bay on Naval Air Station North Island. HSC 4 is attached to the Carl Vinson Carrier Strike Group and is scheduled to deploy to the Western Pacific as part of the U.S. Pacific Fleet-led initiative to extend the command and control functions of U.S. 3rd Fleet.
