Rick Lasko, the senior agriculture advisor to 3rd Brigade Combat Team,1st Infantry Division, Task Force Duke, and native of Woodbridge, Va., receives a plaque commemorating his service from Lt. Col Matthew McCollum, TF Duke executive officer and native of Columbia, S.C. Lasko received the award after finishing a 15-month rotation in Afghanistan, and working with three separate task forces during that time.
