    Pfc. Steven Perez from Los Angeles California operates a Load Handling System Compatible Water Tank Rack or HIPPO, during Operation Northwood at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Pfc. Perez is a member of the 968th quartermaster company, 419th CSSB, 304th sustainment brigade. This is his second annual training and first time at Fort McCoy, WI. Pfc. Perez's primary mission is to provide water to all the soldiers operating in his area. The 968th QM company accomplishes its daily mission by purifying water they pump out of a near by lake. Pfc. Perez loves his mission as he truly understands the critical need for potable water.
