Tech. Sgt. Brandon Rankin, a 372nd Training Squadron, Detachment 10 technical training instructor, receives the June Top III noncommissioned officer award from Master Sgt. William Wallick, the 54th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron first sergeant, Aug. 2, 2017, at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M. During the month of June, Rankin accumulated 112 teaching hours over 14 days of instruction. His efforts led to the early graduation of eight students, sustaining manning requirements for six major commands.
