Marines with 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit, Command Element, escape from a sinking Modular Amphibious Egress Trainer, while attending the Modular Amphibious Egress Trainer Course aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Jan. 25. The course teaches Marines to safely exit a sinking helicopter and helps instill confidence in their rescue equipment.
