Christine Murphy, a financial counselor at Army Community Service Survivor Outreach Service, acts as "Uncle Sam" and explains to Ishmel Miller, a Fort Lee dependent and Youth Center patron, how much taxes he would owe the federal government with his scenario during the Child and Youth Services Reality Store Friday at the Youth Center. The event is a 4-H Virginia Cooperative Extension program that allowed the teens to simulate paying bills and making financial decision based on a career and family scenario.
