Good Samaritan rescues five people adrift off the coast of Galveston

The crew of an oil/chemical tanker successfully rescued five people from the water after their vessel capsized, 12 miles east of Galveston, Texas, July 22, 2017. A Station Galveston response boat crew launched to transfer the rescued from the tanker and investigate what caused the vessel to capsize.
