U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Charles Lyon, deputy commander-air, U.S. Forces-Afghanistan, 9th Air and Space Expeditionary Force-Afghanistan, lands in a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter at Forward Operating Base Morales-Frazier during a visit with Kapisa Provincial Reconstruction Team here, Jan. 7. During his stay General Lyon received a first-hand assessment of current PRT operations and met with joint expeditionary tasking airmen assigned to the PRT.
