Lt. Gen. Guy Swan III, commanding general, U.S. Army North and Fort Sam Houston, talks to new troops about how honored he is that they chose a profession that the greatest fighting force in the world before the actual enlisting ceremony at the ATT Center in downtown San Antonio, Dec. 8. Also participating in the activities were Maj. Gen. Simeon Trombitas, commanding general, U.S. Army South. The event was sponsored by the U.S. Army Recruiting Battalion San Antonio, who provided the recruits and their Families complimentary tickets to watch the enlistment and San Antonio Spurs game.
