Josiah Pugh, both public affairs specialists with the 241st Mobile Public Affairs Detachment, Louisiana Army National Guard, and Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Patrick Billups, an operations specialist with U.S. Southern Command in Doral, Florida, drove up to the scene of this accident and helped local citizens extract the driver, who suffered only minor injuries, June 7, 2017.
