Mechanics Work on F-18 Super Hornet

United Arab Emirates (Dec. 25, 2006) - Aviation Structural Mechanic 1st Class Carl Johnson and Aviation Structural Mechanic Airman Carlos Morales from the "Pukin' Dogs" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 143 remove a fuel cell from an F/A-18E Super Hornet aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). IKE and embarked Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 7 are on a regularly scheduled deployment currently operating in support of Maritime Security Operations.
