Korean and Vietnam veterans visit with Marine Air Support Squadron 3 aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., Nov. 15. The veterans were taken on a tour of the squadron and shown a display of the AN/TPQ-10 radar system. Retired Lt. Col Robert Harris (pictured left) was apart of the innovative team that developed the system in 1949. The radar system enabled Marine aviators to bomb targets at night and any type of weather.
