KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany -- On Mother’s Day, Command Sgt. Maj. Raymond Brown of the 7th Mission Support Command, presents Sgt. Orlando DeJesus a bouquet of mixed flowers, as a gesture of support to DeJesus’s wife, Larissa. On April 29th, the couple had their first child, a boy, Milan, six pounds eight ounces. DeJesus is currently participating in the 7th MSC’s Extended Combat Training, and was unable to get flowers on his own. An Army Reserve Soldier, DeJesus is an electrician by trade. He and his growing family live in Frankfurt, where he also studies web design. (Photo by Sgt. 1st Class John Freese)
